Gonna do it this time!
I started here on Spark several years ago. My highest weight (at least by the time I was willing to step on the scale!) was 310 pounds. Two years ago, I was down to 190, but I wasn't feeling healthy at all - I felt like the only way to stay there was to deprive myself, and my only goal was to get the number down even further. Now, nearly 3 years later, I am back up to a high weight of 280. I'm setting a lofty goal for myself - I am hoping to get down to 150 by the end of next ...

However, I'm hoping to focus more on the steps it takes to get there (and STAY there!) than on the number itself. I'm always looking for motivation, and I'm always looking to help motivate. My Program:
* Stay within Spark-suggested calorie range * Be active for at least 30 minutes a day minimum (more when possible) * Go for lunch break walks or jogs at least 3x/week *Have FUN doing it all!

I'm 28, living near Madison WI, but originally from Massachusetts.

I'm a bookaholic, and I also enjoy gaming, cooking, and dabbling in foreign languages :)
