This is who I am today, but who will I be tomorrow......
I am an extremly overweight stay home wife to a fantastic supportive husband and together we have two of the most amazing daughters, each have their own great qualities.. Our oldest is in university and she is a great writer with so much personality and then our youngest is just about to turn 12 and she is our voice from god, she is a tiny package who is lucky enough to be a talented singer. My focus has always been about my family and somehow I managed to loose myself. Now when I try to focus on my I feel giulty about it. Trying to get past that feeling. I was a size 0 when I met the man of my dreams over twenty years ago, then eight months later while shopping for a Wedding Dress I hit a size 10. Sad to say that ONLY one year later at my final fitting I had to have that damn dress altered to a shocking size 18!! I Gained at least 80 pounds per pregnancy and that's an average of 4 sizes upward. So today I sit at a whopping size 30 and no where else to go at this point... Unless I want to continue to go to the top- Which I have decides that I don't.... I'm just trying to get control of myself. It's a daily struggle for me. Will power has never been my friend. This is my last hope. I don't want miracles, I just want health and happiness.

My Goals:
There are so many goals and yet so few. Goals have always been tough for me to achieve on any level. For now I am going to focus on getting healthier and more in shape. My main goal for now would be to stay focused and not to loose track of what I really want.
My Program:
I have started working towards my goals by cutting out my bad eating habits, once I get a grip on the new style of living then I will set my mind on getting into a serious workout schedule.
Personal Information:
Well you all know my name is Denise but people call me Deni for short. I am from Canada and I sure wish we had the show "The Biggest Loser".. Not that I think I could handle it.
Other Information:
I enjoy time spent with family.. I look forward to being able to participate in our family outings far more then I can do now. There are so many little things I would love to do. I am so anxious to shed pounds and walk out of myself.
