Why is this process so argghhhh! I've been determined before and really thought I would stick with it, but working out 3 hours a day really beats you down after a while and I completely STOPPED and had been stopped for almost a year!!! I was so burned out!

I started back again a couple of months ago and this time my entire family is involved, which really helps. I have this great MMA trainer - he's a killer!!! Both my sisters, and mom are going to him for personal training as well and he also has some classes at night that one of my sisters and I take - then all of a sudden my niece and nephew are going and my brother went last night for the first time and loved it. He is going to join as well - how exciting is all this.

It's great because it's not your average Gold's Gym or 24 hour fitness, this is a real MMA fight Gym they keep the temp set to mid 80's and it smells like SWEAT and it's GROSS!! But everyone there is really motivated and it inspires you to be better -they are in phenomenal shape and you don't feel that anyone is looking down on you for not being in the greatest shape. Everyone is so encouraging and our trainer is so fantastic - he is super hard, but really motivates you to finish strong - with no yelling or cussing - just affirmation. I LOVE IT!!

Anyway, I am super excited to see what 2013 holds. I am swimming in accountability with my family and trainer, so I know I will be encouraged to keep moving forward!

Starting P90X again, running hills to increase my speed for softball and am on the Weight Watchers Points Plus program.
