At home and abroad...

I spend a lot of time traveling. I love spending time with people i love and meeting new ones. I don't spend a lot of time monitoring my weight, but i'd love to grow and become more disciplined in this area. I'm short, so certain goals can be more challenging, but overall I just love to be healthy and in shape. Slimming down is a secondary goal, but one I know I can achieve with consistency and discipline.

Mini goals:
Week 1: Build consistency by exercising 6 days a week and logging my food intake
Week 2: Look for unhealthy habits in my plan and create new mini goals!

Long term: To work towards a healthy weight and BMI. To get to my goal weight of 110 lbs.

My Program:
Running 4-6 miles, 5 days per week with one long run of 8+ miles on the weekend.

You've been to Peru? So have I ! Lived there a year studying Incan Archaeology under Kauffmann Doig. Love the country, it's people, and above all... the FOOD!!!
