My goal is to reduce my body fat and gain enough muscle mass to allow me to maintain a healthy weight and eat sensibily.
Reduce my calorie intake, eating between 1200 and 1400 per day. With each meal I try eat a ballance of 20 protien - 50 carb - and 30 fat. Second was to work up to burning 500 calories each day with exercise. During cardio exercise (I like the eliptic) I monitor my BPM and keep my heart rate at 60 - 75%. Next month I plan to replace 3 cardio sessions with circuit training 3 days per week.
