Thanks for the blog comment. I love the idea. I am starting my 3rd day today and I have actually noticed a difference in just 2 days. I am planning out my veggie consumption and have already finished 2 books that I haven't had time before to finish. The funny thing is that now i realized I had time to read this whole time but I just have to step back and tell myself to do it. :) Crazy! As far as tips. I guess really my only tip is to never give up. Just keep pushing and never stop tracking and exercising. I am just starting my maintenance period so I'm not really an expert on that part, but for me the changes that I have made are forever. They are all things I plan to keep up with for the rest of my life. I plan to always eat the way I eat, exercise and continue to track. 1611 days ago
