Starting Over!
August 8, 2010 - I have just taken my measurements. I am in shock. After having problems with movements from the birth of my son in 2008, I had to stop working out. I then got lazy and didn't do much of anything as I watched the lbs come back. Today I have decided it's time to change, it's getting harder to breathe, I'm feeling lazy and enough is enough. I then got lazy and didn't do much of anything as I watched the lbs come back. Today I have decided it's time to change, it's getting harder to breathe, I'm feeling lazy and enough is enough. I'm leaving all my notes from before on here and am hoping it's motivation to get back to it. _____________ WOOOO HOOO As of March 23, I am 1 lbs below PP weight!!! I now have 20 lbs to loose to get back to PP weight from DD2. I've gotten down to the high 160's before but always go back up to 170's, hopefully this time, when I get down to the 160's, I'll keep going DOWN! If I can get to 165, as a 1st goal, I'll be estatic! ----------- YAY, 2 more lbs and I will be at my pre-pregnancy weight. Then I just have to work on the weight from baby #3. Now that I'm finished having kids, I am trying to lose the baby weight. Baby #5 was born Oct 23, 2008. I still have weight from Baby #2 to lose so will be working on that as well. My Goals:
lose the weight I gained during pregnancy. Start weight (delivery day)- 199 2 days PP - 193.5 Started the weight loss 12/25 - 184.5 Goals: 174 (back to PP weight) - MET 3/23/08!!! 168 (lowest since DD2) 155 (weight before DD2) 150 (realistic goal) 135 (Dream goal)
My Program:
I am nursing so keeping my calorie intake between 1700-2000 as recommended and working out a minimum of 6 days a week if I can stand it, pushing myself thru those days I am tired, for a minimum of 30 min.
