My original goal was 170 lbs. Upon reflection I have accepted that I will never be lithe and willowy, no matter how little I weigh. I am a big girl (broad shoulders, big hands, and most noticeable, really big boobs). My doctor recommended adding 20 lbs to my "ideal" weight to compensate for my cheastal region, which makes it 185. I decided to split the difference and make it 180.

starting: 255 size 20
6/1/08: 239 size 18

7/1/08: 231 MET 6/25/08!
8/1/08: ...

once that goal is achieved, i may or may not decide to continue to my "ideal" weight per the charts, which is another 20 lbs.
