I am working on improving my high blood pressure and it is going down slowly. But I have to watch what I eat (like a hawk!)

Hi and to the 50+ team. I am also a quilter and I have your same health problems. You are right to take things slowly. I tell myself that I didn't put this weight on quickly and I won't take it off quickly either. One day at a time and try to make healthy changes that will last a lifetime. I find the thing that helps me the most is tracking my food and fitness. I need that accountability even if I am only accountable to myself. You can do this! 2689 days ago
