journalling will be a big part of helping to keep myself aware of my progress, and what I'm doing (both positively and negatively). I've joined a local bootcamp that works out 3x/week, and the other 2 (at least) days I'll use the bootcamp motivation to get on my Treadclimber. FitBit permanently attached to track steps, mileage, activity level, sleep pattern
