the new me for 2009!!!

I am 4'11 and weight 123 lbs. To some this may not be alot but I am not happy with my weight. All my life I have been thin but since I had my second son I just cant get rid of this extra lbs. But I will. This is now the biggining of not a new me but a better me..

Lei en le forum de Boricuas & F que andas desanimada.No te quites ni pal... Sigue adelante! Cambia los ejercicios. No te peses tan seguido. Puedes tomarte medidas mensual y luego ver tu notas si has perdio pulgadas de esas partesitas que tanto nos molestan. A mi me paso lo mismo pero ya ni me peso y hace tiempo que no me mido. Como me fui de vacaciones en Navidades...Pero cuando hice esto vi que la ropa me quedaba menos ajustada de la barriga.

WOW que muchas "GIGANTES" hay aqui!! JA JA JA!! Yo tambien soy 4' 11" bueno con media pulgadita mas JA JA JA! Se lo que dices con el peso. Para algunos les parese una tonteria pero para nosotors un poco se nota mucho!

The important thing is to just keep going and reach for the star. Together we can do it. I use to live in New Jesery for a while and like it.
