It's high time I do something about it step by step and become the physically fit, active, athletic and confident woman I have always wanted to be.

I've been struggling with my weight forever and truly I am so sick and tired of it. I have wasted years of my life sitting in the backgroud and being shy because I'm always worried about others judging me for my size and weight. Enough of that.

There is so much more I want out of life and now is the time to do something about it and get what I want. Only I can make this happen. What am I waiting for? If I really want this I will get up and do something about it. I will no longer make excuses & waste precious time.

This is my year to shine and grab hold of the life I really want. A life full of love, friendships, outside adventures and fitness activities.

I'm interested in meeting others who share similar goals and am interested in getting to know others & offer support.

My name is Denise I live in Arlington, TX.

I am a huge sports fan, more like freak. Love my Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks & Dallas Stars. TX Rangers ok too. :- )

I enjoy spending time in my yard/patio and like tending to my cactus, rose & vegetables gardens.

I'm pet momma to a minature toy poodle who LOVES me.

Last spring I started biking and I LOVE it. Want to push myself to go faster and further.


Other Information:
Want to venture out of my comfort zone and take more classes at the Y. Would like to make Yoga, Kickboxing, Spin & Conditioning part of my weekly routine.

Scared, but I can do it? YES, I will do it and post it.
