How has your week gone? I have been doing horrible. I started a new job last month, and my body has not adusted to the early mornings yet. I work from 6-2, so I am up at 4. Trying to figure out when to exercise has been SO difficult. Congrats on kicking a bad habit...that's awesome! Good luck on getting back to good health...let me know how you are doing!
