    Hey, don't worry about your weigh in. You are working super hard, and I'm sure it is already paying off. I like to think of it this way: If the scale said 536, but I still looked great, I wouldn't care what my actual weight was. It's about how you feel. And a little bit about how you look :)

After the stress this past week of my brother's wedding, plus taking care of a sick little boy and husband, I'm in serious need of a do-over! LOL!     Hey hon! Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment on my page. I'm sorry I've been so slack in posting comments. It's been a crazy week with both my husband and youngest son sick. Not to mention one of my brothers (I have four) is getting married tomorrow. ACK!! So, needless to say, I've been trying to get everyone well. I sure will be glad when this wedding is behind us.     Remember to be kind with yourself and patient. I lost 116 pounds in 2010 and I know you WILL lose 80 in 2011. Be consistent with logging your food (the good, bad & ugly) and exercise at least 3x a week consistently.
