My Goals:
to be 140 by my birthday (dec 6)

I want to be a runner, and say that without people laughing.... I want to weigh 135 without being on the cusp of organ failure... I want to lose so much weight people ask if i am sick.... i miss the days when you say "Oh I need to lose a few pounds" and you hear "Oh, my gosh, you DO NOT!" instead of hearing crickets....

I want to lose enough weight to get my belly ring to stop popping out like a turkey timer.

My Program:
i dont really have a program. going a week without an oreo is about as 'program' as i get.

still trying to figure out which of our organs weigh the most and are used the least? I'm thinking there has got to be something that is worth at least 5 pounds that we dont really need.

I'm MaryBeth from maryland... christian...married.... 3 kids.... facebook junkie...I "retired" from dentistry to homeschool.

Thanks for telling me how to run that calorie differential report. That will be helpful. I was -5 for yesterday.... but I know all my food wasn't counted correctly!

Glad you are back! I have gotten on every day since getting back from vacation. I find checking in here, tracking my food and earning spark points really do help me stay focused on my health goals.

Thank you so much for telling me about this site! I think I can quit my WW membership all together and put the money towards joining the Bible College's gym that is just down the street.
