My Goals:
August 15, 2008: diagnosed with Type II diabetes. My goal is to get my tests to a point indistinguishable from a normal person's.

My Program:
Three meals a day, 45-60 g of carbs. Up to three snacks a day, no more than 15 g of carbs. For now, I'll let fat and protein be where they fall!

Other Information:
I'm really tall! :) I'm 5'10", which is why I can be almost 230 lbs. and not really look it . . . .

I'd say it's more of a blessing than a cheat! At 5'8", I'm not exactly short myself, but you've definitely got me beat! Congrats on the 5-pound loss, by the way! That's awesome!

If that's you in the picture, you are either, A) really, really tall, or B) not updating your weight loss progress! Because you sure don't look like someone who weighs 229!
