following the old points system from weight watchers. i lost seventy pounds on it and was five pounds away from goal weight, but got side tracked....

Personal Information:
grew up in surrey, moved to williams lake where we lived for three years, moved to mackenzie a year ago on Mother's Day!

Power 90 is a great workout. The program typically runs 30-45 min. What are you trying to accomplish with your fitness?
