Sow Cow to Skinny Cow

Hello! My name is Deidre. I've gained some extra, unnecessary poundage over the last few years and I've decided that I am tired of being a sow cow as I've so affectionately referred to myself.

I want to reach a healthy weight between 140-155. I know that it is going to be very hard...but I am absolutely determined to do it!

Now I must grab my "Sow Cow" by the horns and conquer the additional pounds to reach my goal.

I am cutting out junk that I've allowed myself to enjoy over the last couple of years.
I examine nutrition labels.
I work out 4-5 times a week doing both strength training and cardio.
