I want to be as positive as I can as I know it does no good to beat myself up (although a kick in the butt is exactly what I need). I guess I loved my new body too much or not enough because the scale is inching in the wrong direction and its because I became complacent. Of course now that it's at a critical stage I'm throwing on the breaks. I don't know whether to do a 180 or 360. I will say all the spinning in circles is making me dizzy. So stumbling I go. Starting back at square one is the only thing I know to do.
I've rode this buck before, scared as I am I will do it again.

Fitness Minutes: 12,915

My Goals:
1) At least 10,000 steps per day
2) Strength exercises 3x per week
3) Complete Children's Museum 5K ( 9/20/15) jogging (no walking!)
4) train for 5K 3x per week
5) be able to wear the size 12's I already have by my bday and size 10 by the end of the year


My Program:
When I'm scheduled to work wake up early and do a short workout and walk at least 10,000 steps (M, W, Sa, Su)

When I'm off run my scheduled C25K workout and complete a FB total body workout (Tu, Th, Fr)

NO FAST FOOD (McD's or Sonic) or food I can't enter into tracker accurately



Personal Information:
I am a CO native. I love being outdoors but I can't drive in the mountains :( I'm a student of psychology, particularly positive psychology. It's my nature to focus on what's right.
I'm a mother of four daughters and two sons. I've learned a lot about life through lessons I guide them through.


Other Information:
I love to dress with lots of color. I hate shopping though. I like reading (textbooks not so much). I dance when I can whether out with friends or cleaning house.
I'm getting younger not older. I believe in second chances and manifesting the world I want.
