    I have gone back and listed all my food intake from my journal. We were away for few days and kinda got off track. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. I def went over each days calorie intake limit but not by much. Back on track today...though I am sitting here at 8pm wanting a sweet snack. I started to read some blogs and comments on others pages in hopes that i could deter me from reaching for the chocolate. I love this site...I am getting a clemintine to eat :) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Its been a few days since I was able to get online. We are at our PA house and we have no internet access service there. I started out on sat doing well but by sunday I was started to get off track. Its now Weds and I have not kept track of my food intake nor have I eaten any fruits. Not even drinking my 8 glasses of water. I am very upset with myself. I plan on getting back on track tmmrw but I ask myself...why, why cant you have the self control you need. Why do you go off track for days? I had a donut today and I knew I shouldnt have eaten it. I havent had one of those in about 2 months. It was nasty! It tasted terrible going down, yet I ate the whole thing. Almost too fast so I wouldnt be able to stop myself. Well Its another beginning tmmrw. I def dont want to put on the 6.5 lbs Ive lost. Though I am sure I put on some weight :( emoticon

    what a day at work. Filled with cookies and bagels and cakes. I did awesome. I only had 1 peanutbutter cookie. 1/2 bagel. Then 1 drink with friends after work. I stayed within my calories for the day :) Yeah for me! emoticon emoticon

    after a quick dicussion with my husband last night we agreed we are tired of spending money on restaurants and not LOVING the food. We always seem to come home feeling sick. I love my cooking better (just hard to make time to cook nice meals) but I am going to start with Sundays to make a bunch of meals for the week.
    Today I am making
    1. Chicken stew
    2. Caribbean Stewed Chicken
    3. Pork chops with a balsamic, soysouce, honey sauce.
    and lots of veggies!
    I am proud of myself for not only wanting to make these better food decisions but actually DOING IT!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
