    Its been a month since I wrote last. Myy family and I have been fighting illnesses (especially that stomach bug) for a month now. I havent kept up with exercise, not eating the best way I know how and definitely not motivated like I used to be. But today I plan on getting back to basics again. I am going to do the 30 min cardio every day. Plus my 25 in 25 challenges I do for myself. I will also get back on track with tracking food. I am continuing to loose but its very slow and Im not eating nearly the calories I need to be daily. SO lets get back up and rollin with this new life change!!! emoticon emoticon

    I finished week 3 of Jan challenge today. emoticon
    Jimmy n I started our own ab daily work out plan. And Bryanna and I do the dance workouts daily also. But I still feel less motivated. I am getting bored with my food and having portion control. Even though I would feel sick if I did eat like I used to. I guess just telling myself "NO" drives me crazy! emoticon

    feeling much better, finished with the cold but I am feeling bored. Didnt really exercise last wk. I am redoing wk 3 of the jan challenge so I can get back into things. Need some more motivation!! emoticon

    still dealing with cold, not hungry at all. I tried to work out but feel like a pulled a muscle in my hip area. Very stressed at home. Not a grea tday. emoticon
