Starting over...again! and yet again!

It was funny to read my last entry. It was a year ago this April. I did loose 20 lbs but slowed down the last 2 months of my goal date. So I tracked and exercised for 3 months. I just got back on track this past week. I have gained 12 lbs back. I am going to adjust my goals and try to be more realistic and have short term goals.

My Goals:
# 1 To track my foods everyday for 1 month (Feb 10-Mar 10)

#2 To track my foods everyday for 2 months (Mar 11-May10)

#3 To track my foods everyday for 3 months (May 11-Aug)

#4 Be active for 90 mins a week for 1 month (Feb 10-May 10)

My Program:
Keeping track of my calorie intake by measuring my food and journaling everyday.

Reading success stories daily.

Making better food choices.

Personal Information:
I am 42 years old. I am a sign language interpreter and run a scrapbooking business. I have 2 beautiful children (8 yr old and 2.5 yr old) and the best husband in the world!

Other Information:
I love all my jobs, scrapbooking, and going out dancing with my friends.

Its been a month since I wrote last. Myy family and I have been fighting illnesses (especially that stomach bug) for a month now. I havent kept up with exercise, not eating the best way I know how and definitely not motivated like I used to be. But today I plan on getting back to basics again. I am going to do the 30 min cardio every day. Plus my 25 in 25 challenges I do for myself. I will also get back on track with tracking food. I am continuing to loose but its very slow and Im not eating nearly the calories I need to be daily. SO lets get back up and rollin with this new life change!!! emoticon emoticon

I finished week 3 of Jan challenge today. emoticon
Jimmy n I started our own ab daily work out plan. And Bryanna and I do the dance workouts daily also. But I still feel less motivated. I am getting bored with my food and having portion control. Even though I would feel sick if I did eat like I used to. I guess just telling myself "NO" drives me crazy! emoticon

feeling much better, finished with the cold but I am feeling bored. Didnt really exercise last wk. I am redoing wk 3 of the jan challenge so I can get back into things. Need some more motivation!! emoticon

still dealing with cold, not hungry at all. I tried to work out but feel like a pulled a muscle in my hip area. Very stressed at home. Not a grea tday. emoticon
