Welcome to my Page! My name is Bonnie! I live in Beautiful N. Michigan and tho snow isn,t my Favorite it is Beautiful and I love the Four seasons! I live on 78 acres of Land that I love, Hills, woods a stream and many Places when it is Nice to find a Place to meditate and get away . Being out in Nature is so great and just love being out in the wild . My other things I love of course is my Wild friends All kinds of Animals and Birds but I especially Love my Deer heard which I have fed for 10 years and I never get tired of watching and getting to know each one. They are all different in how they do things! My other Joys are Cooking at the Pantry and soup Kitchen and working in GODS Garden in the Summer where we donate ALL Produce to local Pantries I love my Life and want to live as long as I can so I'm working on Having a Body ,mind and Soul Mindset and I have improved so much ! Bless you all!

My Goals:
To be a healthier person and to start taking care of my self after taking care of others for many years. Its hard to take care of me! I know now I can do it! My health is now my priority as is getting in my excercise no matter what im up too that day I WILL get it done!


My Program:
I have changed my culinary skills from cooking in an unhealthy way to use mainly fruits veggies whole grains no frozen dinners. I make most of my own food no processed foodstuff. No fast foods except an occasional subway . I do some Yoga to keep every thing in Balance! 45-60 min excercise of some type 6-7 days a week!








Personal Information:
Im determined to make this a Life time commitement to be a Healthier me! When i look out on the Great , Beautiful land i live on you couldnt find a better place to excerciseLots of Hills and trails whether you want an easy walk or extreme! It all available out side my Door! So-o im ready to kick it up and get those Hiking Boots on!


Other Information:
My interests are being out doors as much as possible , loves walks to the woods! Myfavorite place to be with GOD.Also enjoys Photography and all animals and wild life! They are watched over in my yard! Their safe Zone! I know them and they know me ! We accept each others limits and we admire each other! Also is an avid Gardener of flowers and works at the church ( GODS) Garden in the summer! Gave away 2000# of produce last year! Yay to that!and good for them too!!
My favorite books are The four agreements by Migual Ruiz, Any thing by Mother Teresa and simple truths byKent Nerburn!

    How much sleep is enough per night? Eight hours? Six hours? Studies show that people who sleep between six and a half and seven and a half hours a night, live the longest. But sleep deprivation affects about twenty-seven percent of US adults. Time Magazine released a study showing how sleep and overeating are intertwined. The article cited a report from an American Heart Association conference that showed growing evidence that links healthy weight with getting adequate sleep. It showed that sleep deprivation is associated with overeating. In the study, people who were sleep deprived ate more than five hundred additional calories a day. Adequate sleep is important for many reasons, but this research proves that proper sleep is imperative to maintaining a healthy weight.
