Welcome to my page! I'm Bonnie and I,v been on spark people for a few years but re-writing this as I feel a new Chapter is here! I love my Life here in Northern Michigan! it is so Beautiful Hilly and peaceful! It is a Blessing that I can live here and be among the wildlife and watch them every day! After losing almost all my Close relatives I came to a stand still four yrs a go! I had choices to make! I would wallow in Tears and be in a depressed state or I could do what my Brother said one time and and that was when I'm gone.. he said I want you to spread your wings and fly and do what you love and theres not a day that goes by I don't feel his presence here in the Woods! My life had been good and ive learned to enjoy friends and my surroundings and to always Thank GOD and give back to others when I can! Feeling motivated again and want to be the image I see in my mind of me and that is a Healthier thinner me and that is my goal this year !! Ive faltered many times but I have never given up and never will!

My Goals:
To be a healthier person and to start taking care of my self after taking care of others for many years. Its hard to take care of me! I know now I can do it! My health is now my priority as is getting in my excercise no matter what im up too that day I WILL get it done!

My Program:
I have changed my culinary skills from cooking in an unhealthy way to use mainly fruits veggies whole grains no frozen dinners. I make most of my own food no processed foodstuff. No fast foods except an occasional subway . I do some Yoga to keep every thing in Balance! 45-60 min excercise of some type 6-7 days a week!

Personal Information:
Im determined to make this a Life time commitement to be a Healthier me! When i look out on the Great , Beautiful land i live on you couldnt find a better place to excerciseLots of Hills and trails whether you want an easy walk or extreme! It all available out side my Door! So-o im ready to kick it up and get those Hiking Boots on!

Other Information:
My interests are being out doors as much as possible , loves walks to the woods! Myfavorite place to be with GOD.Also enjoys Photography and all animals and wild life! They are watched over in my yard! Their safe Zone! I know them and they know me ! We accept each others limits and we admire each other! Also is an avid Gardener of flowers and works at the church ( GODS) Garden in the summer! Gave away 2000# of produce last year! Yay to that!and good for them too!!
My favorite books are The four agreements by Migual Ruiz, Any thing by Mother Teresa and simple truths byKent Nerburn!

    Thanks for the flower for my window sill! emoticon The damp cooler air can be tough on the joints emoticon Hopefully the damp air will leave and you can just enjoy the cooler Fall air emoticon We are supposed to have highs in the 80's instead of the 90's by Friday and drier weather. We have had a very wet September here in my part of Florida. The yard is soaked. emoticon My wheel chair left ruts in the grass where it was sinking. Luckily a day or 2 of sunshine will dry it back up quickly. All the rain has really increased the mosquito population. Even though I sprayed around the front door they still snuck in when everyone was going in and out so we had to kill them inside the house because they were buzzing around and I even got a couple of bites! emoticon Annoying and now they are getting more diseases to spread! emoticon Have a terrific Tuesday
