If at first you don't succeed, Try, Try Again!!

I live in northern BC. I will soon be 55. I have been trying for years to lose weight. I do for a while and then I give up. I need a knee replacement and would like to lose weight before then which could be as soon as early March. I need to be a part of something bigger as I need the support of like-minded people to keep me accountable and to share this part of my life with.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 71 lbs, exercise 5x/week and get over my obsession with food.

My Program:
I am trying to eat clean. By that I mean good, healthy, low fat foods. I try to ride my stationary bike daily with some weight training on the Bowflex.

Personal Information:
I live in Northern British Columbia. I am happily married to the same man for 32.5 yrs. I have three children and 4 grandchildren. I work in a Dr.'s office and love my church and church family.

Other Information:
I love to read, especially Ted Dekker books, I love to sing and right now I'm reading a very good book called The Celebration of Discipline.
