Breaking Habits & Making Habits
Over the years I have picked up a fair few bad habits, but it hasn't been until I left home that they have got out of hand. And ever since my weight has been yo-yo-ing, with the heavy years outweighing the not. I decided to join Spark People because it was flexible, especially on the food side since I have IBS and just plain don't like some of the foods suggested on other programmes. My ultimate goal is to lose at least 20 kgs, taking me into the healthy BMI range. ...

Start weight: 88 kgs First goal: 83 kgs - Done: 15 March 2012 Second goal: 78 kgs Third goal: 73 kgs Fourth goal: 68 kgs Final goal: Stay within healthy BMI range.
