Plan to chk & evaluate everything that i put in my month from now on.
- Do SuryaNamaskar every morning
- Exercise /do cardio atleast 10 mins
- Have atleast 8 glasses of water everyday.
- Eat every hr

I am from India, mumbai.. a country rich for its heritage as well as variety in food..
I am an IT professional.. married to college sweetheart & have a daughter who is 6 years old. have completekly neglected my body & trying to balance work.. & life! Wish me luck!
