Hi I'm Di'Minn, I originally joined Sparks in 2010 after I had lost about 30ish pounds but wanted an easier way to track and lose more. I'm not great at tracking and so I kind of fell off the wagon. But recently after losing and gaining about 40lbs I figured I should try this out again.

My Goals:
Goals

Weight: 160

Size; 9-12 pants with no muffin tops

Strength: To hold a 3min plank, 3 min wall squat

Cardio/Endurance: my goal is to eventually run in a marathon, a full marathon. At the moment I cant even run to the mailbox lol

My Program:
-I work out 5 days a week with cardio.
-2 or 3 days with weightlifting
-10 mins of daily stretching



Personal Information:
I'm female, and awesome. I enjoy dancing in the forest, laying in hammocks and pranking people. oh also I look like a girl with a face and body and junk.

Other Information:
I'm a huge book worm!! And I'm also the kind of person that loves to start new things...this time with the help of Sparks I'm going to follow through
