Size; 9-12 pants with no muffin tops

Strength: still unsure what this goal is...maybe to hold the plank for 3 mins or do 35 push-ups...I can barely do 10 now

Cardio: I'm not sure I would like to run a mile...only I hate running....oh, what to do?


My Program:
Cardio; 3-5x a week
Strength; 2-3x
Stretching10 mins daily

Max Cal intake; 1500
8 cups water daily



Personal Information:
I'm 21 living in San Diego..well actually IB. ummm 5'7 and a half, for my weight check my chart thing, browns eyes and hair...yup

Other Information:
I'm a huge book worm!! And I'm also the kind of person that loves to start new things...this time with the help of Sparks I'm going to follow through
