Ugh! How did I get this way?

I'm 42 and have 65 pounds to go until I reach my "when I was single" weight. I lost 20 pounds this past summer but have plateaued the past 6 weeks. I am looking for motivation to get back on track and start losing again. :)

Take your time familiarizing yourself with the site and visit the message boards for answers to your questions and loads of support. Remember to take small steps at first so that you can adjust to the changes you are making. Start by logging your food and looking for opportunities in your food log.
