I am a young single mom of an active 5 year old boy. I like to look up at the sky. I love the great outdoors. My goal is to be 115 pounds which is half of me. I would like to be skinny again like I was up until my senior year in high school when I started dating this guy. I am trying to make healthier lifestyle changes which includes going to the fitness center.

You have it in you

When you feel like quitting, that’s an opportunity to keep going. When you feel like giving up, you have it in you to step forward with renewed energy and to give more.

Giving up doesn’t accomplish anything, and it doesn’t make you feel any better. It just leaves you with disappointment and regret.

There’s a way to keep going, and you know it. There’s a way to keep going, and just imagine how great you will feel for choosing persistence.

If you’re weary, stop for a short while to rest, but don’t give up. Remind yourself of all the good reasons why you’ve chosen to move forward, and then get yourself going again.

If you wish to be free of the effort, then do what it takes to finish the effort. Make all your work count for something by bringing it to a successful conclusion.

The next step is right in front of you, and you have it in you to take that step. Keep going, fulfill your best possibilities, and you’ll always be thankful for your choice to do so.

HI Deane ! i think I am spelling ur name wrong?? OH MAN !! bad,, bad,, me,,, I'd go into the kennel corner,, but, we made the kennel a round room ,,,, so that another leadah,, MaryAnn (an EL ,, Extra Leadah) can NOT send me to the corner ! LOL We have FUN on the Dawggie team ,, as you can see..

I HOPE you will be a Dawggie !! I've read ur page,, and LOVE it,,, you sound like ur ready to work,,, and would be someone who'd respond to the suggestions,,, and also grow in skills with the team !!! no one is guaranteed til the invites go out,, to be a Dawggie,,, you have though signed on early,, so the chances are quite good ! YEAH !!

I am Diane,,,, the CL (Challenge Leader) of the team,, and yes,, I HOPE we DO GET YA on the team ! Ur little guy is ADORABLE !! ANd well working for the Waffle house is NOT all bad,, it's a HAPPY PLACE in that those who come there,, are doing so willingly and out of WANT not cos they HAVE TOO. I worked in Social Services yrs ago,,, it was a place people HAD to come to in order to get help they so desperately needed. It was NOT a HAPPY place,,,, they were often scared,,, and when scared,, stressed the things that can be SAID AND DONE ! OH YEAH ! I saw/heard a TON of things.
