Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
I have gained more weight. I have been weightlifting, so some of that really is muscle, but much of it is uncontrolled binge eating. Two weeks ago I determined not to buy brownies or cakes or my favorite ice cream. Sharing a home with others, I avoid their donuts, but not the peach ice cream, which I don't feel compelled to binge on like Moose Tracks yoghurt/ice cream.
I have a week off of work, and that's when I often binge eat, so I'm going to do the opposite: I will pursue a more intense diet this week than I have in the past. My knee has an injury, and I don't have health care, which, even if I did, they may just tell me to ice and elevate and avoid stairs like I'm already doing. And taking Ibuprofen for the inflammation. I will walk on the soft ground at the lake today and see how I do with that.
I had dinner at 5 p.m. yesterday, and it's 1:43 p.m. and I haven't had solid food yet today. I do feel dizzy as I sit here on my bed with ice on my knee, but I feel much more in control of myself than binge eating. I plan to start my nutrition with a plant based powder Super Food, and before I walk at the lake with my Sweetheart, I may eat a baked potato with cheese and vegetables and fish.
Tomorrow I may try this again, but the following day I plan to have two solid meals. My goal is to STOP GAINING weight, and lose 4 to 5 pounds by April 3rd. And stay mostly positive and happy! Wish me Luck!
First, I want to stop gaining weight and get healthier by exercising regularly.
Trying to eat a little less and especially a little less sugar and walk and lift weights.
I hate extremism. And I had half a bag of a huge M&Ms bag today....

Could someone answer a question for me? What about vitamin supplements? I don't see a place to note that. I look like a vitamin deficient pudge muffin on my nutrition report.
