Hypothyroidism, Aging and life

Once again my schedule has changed and it doesn't accommodate easily to swimming three times a week as my mind and body had grown accustomed to. I've been fatigued due to lack of sleep. Needing to accomplish my goals at college and spending time focusing on that, dieting isn't so hard when I'm out all day. There's no time for eating a lot of food. However, I decided to allow myself a cheer-up donut occasionally. Time for my breakfast oatmeal and hot tea!

It's like John at the post office says when asking if you want stamps: Would you like fries with that order? Also, taking the boy to the doc this morning in a few...

Could someone answer a question for me? What about vitamin supplements? I don't see a place to note that. I look like a vitamin deficient pudge muffin on my nutrition report. emoticon

You may me a bit overwhelmed by the info that is here.
But give it some time, and you will be an expert in no time.
