Exercise and Eating with Hypothyroidism

I guess I got sparked out after a big start! I haven't looked at this page for months!

Fatigue without exercise causes me more fatigue and the blues.

Walking, eating the right foods for me, exercising and weight lifting tires me at the time, but gives me more energy for life on a daily basis.

Energy, strength, and good health physically and mentally are my goals, and I have met the goal of NOT gaining weight!

Could someone answer a question for me? What about vitamin supplements? I don't see a place to note that. I look like a vitamin deficient pudge muffin on my nutrition report. emoticon

You may me a bit overwhelmed by the info that is here.
