My Goals:
Jan 26/12; weight 226.4 lbs.
Goal (no date in mind) is 145 lbx.
I set short term goals set at 10 lbs. at a time, mini goals are easier and more encouraging I find

My Program:
Exercise every day, only a few days off since I started. I attempt to stay around 1200 calories/day. Was on Weight Watchers so use it still use it as a guide; 26 points/day

Personal Information:
Home is Spruce Grove near Edmonton, Alberta in Canada. I am a recent widow, and have 2 grown daughters and a 7 year old grand daughter and we all live together in my house, we have named The Woman's Domain. My eldest daughter is a Dr. and specializes in Geriatrics and my younger daughter is in University working on her third degree! Loves to learn!

Other Information:
I love to read and spend time with my girls. We are a very close group and spend hours together talking and laughing. I have gotten the travel bug since my husband passed after a long battle with M.S. I miss him terribly and the travel and our all living together was due to this tragic loss. Since he passed, I have been to Mexico and this past February, went to Maui with my two best buds for the last 42 years. Next is a cruise of the Carribean, can't wait !!

Thanks for the comments on my blog. I have tried a few recipes that were pretty good. I've rated all the recipes I tried. I'm not sure if there is a way to look up the recipes I've rated, but you might want to check them out if you can.
