Time To Change, Be Healthier

My name is Deb, and I have really let myself go. I want to start eating healthy, and living healthy. I am here to find the tools to do that with.
I have dealt with health problems, 2 major surgeries in 8 months, tons of stress, and everything to give me an excuse to not eat healthy. I still am dealing with all of that, but NOW its time to change....No Excuses!

Hi Deb. Hope this is a good day for you. It's amazing that a thing like the flu can wreak havoc sometimes.

I have signed up for the winter 5% challenge. I didn't choose a team - I'll go where needed. I thought maybe you might like to join. If so I'll be sure and get an invitation to you. The challenges aren't hard. Exercise up to 120 mins each day. The 2nd part is something like eating from a 9" plate daily (points to team), tracking sodium (points to team). You get the idea. It will start sometime in January.

Oh, it's an 8 week challenge, the idea being to lose 5% of your body weight.
