Dee finally on the way to HOT WIFE and MOMMA
HEY, I have long way to go, but this time I AM ready NOT to fail, or give up. I am a mother of three young girls, the youngest 4, and I want to play and have fun with them, just to be able to have the energy to keep up. I also need to be able to keep up with my husband, who is VERY physically fit (very frustrating).

My Goals:
I want energy, I want to play all day long with my kids (or husband). I want to just feel better.
My Program:
So far, I have changed the dinners I make for the family, I make recipes from diabetic cookbooks, etc. I try to walk a few blocks with the kids everyday...depending on what my work schedule allows.
Personal Information:
I am currently living in West Texas, Odessa. I am 42, and I have three kids, two in school, and one at home for another year.
I am a work from home mom, I was fortunate enough to find a REAL job that I can do from home, whenever I have time, or when they have time available.
I am a native minnesotan, and am anxious to get back to WATER, and TREES.
