Remember two important things to do for the rest of your life: Drink Water and Exercise Daily.

Dee, I just love your comments on my page! Seriously, I just checked in for the day, at nearly 7pm....we have had our grandkids with us for the past few days and it will continue for 2 more days!

Today, "they, not me, climbed an enormous ROCK PILE, " then off to the playgrounds, TWO of them, then home for a quick break with more bottles of water, potty breaks, and off for more fun and games! PHEW!!!! This gal will need a LONG nap starting SUNDAY night! If I last that long! LOL!

Then September 3-7, DH and I will be driving to PA, about 5 hours away and go to a Zac Brown Band Concert.....I can not wait to do that!
So yup, we have been going strong, still hitting the gym and pool, when we do not have the kids, about 3-5 times a week! STILL NO POUNDS DOWN, ugh, but I know I am stronger, healthier, and better than ever!

Thanks for checking up with me....I just need a few hours rest, make that a LONG REST, after the kiddos go back to school! But you understand that! Hugs, and Love you for all you do for me!!!!!! And that is the truth!!!

I finally lost 3 lbs this week....which takes me to 1 lb less this month!
