Every journey begins with a first step...

I took that first step close to three years ago, and with Sparkpeople's help, I lost over 50 pounds. I cannot begin to tell you the difference this website has made in my life. Over the past couple months I have been bouncing around with my weight (about 7-9 lbs) and more importantly, my eating. Over the past couple months I have been bouncing around with my weight (about 7-9 lbs) and more importantly, my eating. I decided today (Feb. 20, 2013) to begin to use my nutrition tracker to help me figure out why I am doing well and then having a bad day where I cannot get enough sugar!! Already, I see that I am eating too many carbs (a lot of them good for me) and nowhere near enough fat! I found when I initially lost my weight that I did not have a lot of binging days and I attributed it to the balance that the nutrition tracker provides for my diet. So, I'm back to planning my meals and I am so excited! I know! I'm a sick person, but aren't we all?
