1. To weigh less than 200 lbs.
2. To have more energy and less weight related health issues.
1. I am following Weight Watchers. I will track all my food, even when I make poor choices!
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
3. Eat more vegetables & fruits.
4. Get at least 6-8 hrs sleep.

I have struggled with weight my entire life. I have finally decided to just focus on what I can do today to live a better, more healthier life! I know I won't be perfect, but I will be better!
I am a wife and a mother of two adult children:a daughter and a son. I am also a middle school math teacher from New Jersey. I have struggled with my weight since I was 10 yrs. old. I have tried just about every diet, and I read everything on weight loss and health. Yet in the last fifteen years, I have been unable to stick with a weight loss program for even a week. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, arthritis, and I have metabolic syndrome, which causes insulin resistance. I need to act now to avoid becoming diabetic. Most of all, I am just tired of being sick and tired!
I love to watch T.V. & movies. I like to read and listen to music as well. I enjoy playing Scrabble, Ruzzle, Word with Friends, Dice with Buddies and Mexican Train Dominoes. I especially love to Spark! My favorite place is the beach!
