At Last

In December of my 39th year I still really wasn't sure I could possibly lose "the weight". Staring down forty in March, I listened to my trainer, joined SparrkPeople, and in three and a half months I lost 23 pounds. At last!

My Goals:
GOAL!!!!! I have achieved my weight loss goal. Looking forward, I'm working on creating fitness goals- walking the lake in 40 minutes, being able to do more than 6 guy push-ups, and strengthening my triceps.

My Program:
I workout 4-5 days a week. At least three are cardio workouts, two are strength training, and sometimes both. I work with my trainer once every other week, go to the gym, attend a great TRX class, and walk with a friend. I also track my calories daily when I creep up the scale.

Personal Information:
I live in Northern California with my husband, two children, and two cats. I'm trained as a stage actor and own my own coaching business.

Other Information:
Favorite television shows: House, Dancing with the Stars, Desperate Housewives, All My Children, Chopped.

Last Movie I Saw: Sherlock Holmes 2

Favorite Indulgence: Bittersweet chocolate
