    Motivate Others Monday - Left another Tiger Monarch up!

    Test Out Tuesday - Test out a new to you exercise or workout DVD. Maybe even a recipe! Tell us what you did!

    Work it Out Wednesday - Work out your numbers. Heart rate (resting and active) Blood Pressure (Go to Walmart store for a free reading), BMI, etc and log it into Sparkpeople to keep tabs with it.

    Teach Others Thursday - Find an educational article from Spark or the web and blog it

    Finish (well) On Friday - Friday is the last day to turn in our exercise minutes for the week! Finish well and Focus on the goal!

    Step On Saturday - Step on the scale and tell us how you did! Remember, your weigh-in results need to be posted before 11:59pm!
