Thanks Dee for keeping me on my toes.. I've been reading a book and blog about being Thin Within but they eat based on hunger signals; I like tracking on SP, so won't do their diet.. but, have been building myself up spiritually with their tips. (Still hanging in there but need to be more discerning about where God wants me to focus as being here to encourage people is JUST as good and making friends, even better!) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Dee, off to a good start today. I started by playing volley ball with my grandson, then went for a walk with him and the baby. I mowed their front lawn and all that before 10 am. Still more time to get in more exercise. I hope you have a good day too. Pat
