One Pound at a Time
I am 61 years old. I've lived in Boston and New York City and have been living the last 32 years on Cape Cod.
I'm married ( 38 years ) and have two daughters ( 22 & 25 ). We have a wonderful dog named Bailey.
I absolutely LOVE my family, Art, Faraway Places, traveling, reading great books, helping others, Arbonne, most music, international food and my work.

My Goals:
My goals are to put more"good for me" things into my life like exercise and journaling and learning to look forward to doing those things.
For weight loss goals, I'm going to focus on 50lbs at a time.

Bailey, our dog is 9 years old. He's a mix of Lhasa Apso, Shih-Tzu, and Poodle. He's as cute as can be.
