Hi--I'm Leigh--proud SAHM to two little girls (ages 7 & 4). I like eating healthy and exercising, but sometimes I'm not consistent. I'd like to lose the last 10 lbs of baby weight, and I need to break though a plateau that I've been on for awhile.


**Update: I had baby #3--a son--in January! I had my healthiest pregnancy ever--all on a plant-based diet. I am just starting to think about exercising again. I'd love to be back to my pre-preg weight from baby #1.

My Goals:
1 - return to my pre-preg weight with DD #1

2 - participate in a fall walking or biking event

3 - create a doable exercise routine

My Program:
-Cardio 3-5 days/week
-Strength training 2-3 days/week
-Yoga -- when I can fit it in!
-Biking -- one outdoor ride/week when the weather cooperates
* This is my ambition! Right now, I am just doing several walks per week while I adjust to being a mom of 3!
