Losing the weight that's come back on

I made some really positive changes in my life, but gained weight too.... I am now returning to log my progress & take weight back off....AGAIN. I have faith. This works.

3/9/08 - This morning I made my goal weight - that's 24 pounds gone. This afternoon I went shopping, and bought pants 2 sizes smaller than I wore last August. This is a great feeling -- now comes the next challenge, which is to keep the healthy habits.

I am happily married, and work for IBM software. I get to travel internationally for work. I hang out with jugglers, and rollerskate for exercise.

Hello! Thanks for the advice. It's not as bad now that I've gotten used to the smaller portions. But if I stay up later than I intend to (like I go out with friends) I always come home starving, so I'll keep the carrot sticks in mind, rather than hitting up the tortilla chips. Thanks too for adding me as a friend. :)
