No more excuses! No more whining! No more self-defeating! I am starting over again and I'm going to do it right this time.

180 is just too heavy and too unhealthy for me. I will get to a healthy weight. I am going to do it this time! I was never heavy. I always had to watch my weight but I was always able to get the extra pounds off. Since I turned 45, all that changed. Now at 51, it's even worse. My body seems alien to me. Nothing I do works. I am determined to figure this out and I am determined to be healthy.

I love Sci-fi/fantasy because the heroes almost always have major physical and mental challenges to accomplish against all sorts of adversity. They do it - every time. I always wanted to be a hero. It's time I start being my own hero.

-Mon, Wed, Friday - Leslie Sansone Walk Away Your Waistline and or Leslie Sansone 5k with a Twist and/or Leslie Sansone The Big Burn

Sunday is a day "off" but go on a family walk with Sabrina, Tom and Dominic

-Abdominal work 6 times a week
