I seem to start over each year. not the year is half over and I have not been on spark people much, I am not losing or gaining weight just staying within 4 lbs each way every week, I know how to do this but keep getting new aches and pains, so I do not want to work out, I have been reading blogs and getting Motivation from all of you here on spark people, my goals for now are to get my house organized, and take out and use some of the exercise stuff I have and I have a lot of dvd's videos ...

Hello. So I got the buddies together. I'll Be honest I feel that we didnt have alot of people interested. I had one person private sparkmailed me and asked to drop out of it.
