Time for A Change
I am 57 years old now I am changing my user name when I learn how, I have been looking at pictures taken of me the past few weeks and am mortified of how I look, I can not believe I let myself get this heavy, my highest weight ever was 208 and being as tall as I am 5"10 People say I do not look over weight But I know I am,
I just want to be comfortable in my close and I am not now, so I have a plan to stick to this now,
