50-Something and Fabulous!

Weight has been up and down for a few years. Down to 130 because of illness; now back up to 175. My ideal weight is 150 so I don't have a huge battle but more than weight loss, I want to be healthy from the inside out. I am eating a healthy diet and working out five days a week. I feel good.

Well into my fifties and I'd like to be healthy and fit. I want to be sexy at every age!

Other Information:
I'm told I don't look my age and I'd like to keep it that way. That is God blessing me. Losing weight is a great way to slow the aging process as well as to honor this temple God has given me.

Hey Deb! Thanks for checking in on me. It was great to hear from and yes I can feel the encouragement. Thanks again! How have you been? I will do something healthy and fun this weekend. I won't overeat. I'll make healthier food choices and I will exercise.
