Get In Gear, Grandma

Time to eat better and get firm and fit - facing the challenge of looking good for spring beach weddings for 2 daughters in May. 1st granddaughter is making me look bad - forgot how much energy and strength it takes to keep up. I'm suddenly feeling older than I should. With the probability of more of those little darlings to come, I better get my butt in gear so I don't end up looking and feeling like a wimpy Grandma. On your start page, click on nutrition tracker. Then click on "add a food". You can enter all your food there and it will keep track of it all for you:)

Y'all could see what I have been eating if I could figure out how to enter it and where. I HAVE checked stuff out here and there. Maybe I should join Team Sparkypeeps for Dummies.
