I did hear on the radio and then read an article lately that said that at 46 minutes our bodies start fighting the effects of working out...so 30-45 minutes a day is more than enough...I thought that was interesting. So happy to hear from you! I added you as a friend. I started out doing the American Heart website with free Leslie Sansone videos. Couldn't even do a mile the first couple of times! When I knew I was going to stick with the program I ordered "Walk Away the Pounds Express" I just bumped it up to 4 miles last week. My goal is 20 miles a week now. I'm trying to get under 200. So I'm really trying to log my calories and keep a calorie deficit. I also bought the LS dvd where you jog and work up to 5 miles. I gotta lose more to tackle that one. Tried it once and it put me out of commission for a couple of days.lol Nice to meet you and thanks so much for your kind words!
