Back On Track

After two rough surgeries this year I discovered that I NEED to exercise to stay fit and trim. I gained 30 lbs from April to December and it's time to regain control.

My Goals:
1) get back in my closet full of Lucky Jeans and cute tanks for summer!
***3/29 3 Lucky's down, 5 Lucky's to go!

2) Regain my fitness levels.

3) Conquer Camelback Mountain
***3/13 Conquered Echo Canyon trail, thought it was the 'Hard Side'
***3/21 Conquered Cholla Trail, discovered which was the 'Hard Side'


My Program:
My nutrition program is a mix between tracking with WW and with SparkPeople.

Fitness - LESMILLS!! Body Combat, Body Pump, Spin and hiking the beautiful Arizona trails!
I've also added The Biggest Loser/Jillian Michael Fitness DVD's. LOVE them. LOVE 30 Day Shred! Can not wait to get to San Diego in May to check out another Boogie Box Fitness Class! http://boogieboxfitness.com/home.php


Personal Information:
Married Mother of Two awesome kids, two screwy dogs. I am fortunate that I have a great support system that loves to challenge and motivate me while attempting to reach my goals.

Yeah, my trainer is a nazi!! It was my first session with her, and after only 10 minutes, I told her that I already didn't like her! I hurt everywhere today but I love it - can't wait for more tomorrow!
