1. Loose 25 lbs. 2. Drink 8 glasses water every day. 3. Get at least 20 min a day of cardio. 4. Do strength training at least 3 days a week. 5. Walk in a Marathon!
Watching what I eat. Trying to make my food count for something. Making sure I do at least 20 min a day of some kind of exercise each day. I have found the Wii Fit Program and Ea Active to be so helpful and fun at the same time. Gold Gym Programs. Just Dance 2 - Fun, Fun Sparkspeople has some excellent exercises on here also. I am actually starting to like the push up and plank. Drink lots of water and choose healthy SNACKS!
